At its humble beginnings, the Daylesford Brewing co Taproom originally formed as a place to showcase our extraordinary beer alongside great food. With deep commitment to, and love for this community, we began to evolve the dream.

Always a local favourite we wanted to bring even more hospitality goodness to our immediate community and beyond. Enter Grain; A perfect blend of casual dining and drinking where you can order a delicious breakfast and even sneak in a cheeky bloody mary, or better yet, why not dig into a burger well before noon. We're here to provide you the best of Daylesford, all day, six days a week, whether you're after the perfect morning coffee, a sweet treat, a quick takeaway lunch-break bite from our gourmet sandwich range, a burger night with the crew or even if you're after a fully catered venue for your next event.
