Chef / Cook (Experienced Café Service)

Location: Daylesford Brewing Co x GRAIN
Job Type: Casual
Shifts: Primarily day shifts with occasional night and annual leave cover

​       Front of House Serviceperson/Barista

Front of House Serviceperson / Barista x 2 (1 Senior, 1 Junior)

Location: Daylesford Brewing Co / GRAIN


Job Type: Casual or Part-Time (with potential for more)


Shifts: Mix of mornings (from 7am) and evenings (until close)

We’re on the lookout for a service superstar who knows how to balance hustle with heart. You’ll be the welcoming face of our venue — making great coffee, slinging beautiful drinks, and helping guests feel like locals.

What You'll Bring:

  • A genuine love of hospitality — not just serving, but creating memorable dining experiences

  • Barista training and confident with fast-paced café coffee service

  • RSA certification (must be 18+)

  • Cocktail experience a big bonus, but not essential — we’ll teach the right person

  • Strong time management and the ability to think three steps ahead

  • Availability to work both early and late shifts across the week (incl. weekends)

  • Friendly, fast, and always cool under pressure

  • Have an interest in learning craft beer

  • You thrive in a team, but can handle a section like a boss

  • You care about quality — whether it's the crema on a coffee or the pacing of a lunch service
